A prospectus needs to impart a great deal of information but at the same time be ap- pealing to the reader with images that speak about the experience of a pupil, their happiness and well-being as well as their education. It must be easy to browse through and select headlines and quotes that re-assure potenital parents and pupils that this is the school that offers all they require. It must be informative but lively, and it must show the character and philosphy and make this school stand out from the competition.
